Always a pleasant experience here at Aspen Dental in Cumming. Everyone is courteous and professional and takes the time to know you & your situation(s). I travel a lot with work and it is such a reassurance to me that if I were to encounter any dental problems while on the road that I have Aspen out there with me to get me thru! It was March 2014 when I began my journey with Aspen Dental in Cumming. Actually I was the very first patient at this location. It had been quite some time since I had been to the dentist and I knew I needed a lot of work done. The Staff was so kind and not judgmental at all. The absolute worst office ever! Had dental surgery - pharmacy has tried to contact office regarding RX and gets no response. Contacted surgeon and he won’t do anything unless pharmacy calls him directly. Pharmacy will only call office number on the RX. Tried to call office number we were at yesterday and line keeps hanging up. Going round and round with no one willing to help get medicine. They obviously don’t care about patient care - go elsewhere!!!
