My wife went and had a horrible experience. Made her pay up front when our insurance pays fully at the time of the visit. They made up a medical problem that did not exist. The have sent us several bills after the fact. She has lodged several complaints with no contact from anyone. To them it is all about the money. She hates them. Will never go back!
Made an appointment with Aspen Dental 2 weeks in advance - received emails, texts and phone call confirmations - I show up for the appointment 15 mins early and the office is closed. I called the emergency line thinking I might be at the wrong location (although I double checked) and the nice lady said she would have someone call me back from the offices. The staff at aspen dental is exceptionally friendly and does there best to make you feel comfortable however the dentist feels it is ok to talk to you and come up with a plan and then by the next visit it may or may not be what was discussed and if it wasn't what you were planning on he will refuse to do it and im pretty sure he has no idea how to read an ex Ray. I say this because he is the only dentist out of 4 that i have seen for opinions to not be on the same page including another aspen dentist.
I highly DONT recommend this place. I went for my first visit to get X-ray's and got hit in the eye by the doctor trying to take off his glove WHILE he was rambling on in a rude manner about how bad my teeth are. THEN I go back to get my wisdom teeth out and a month later I still can't feel my face because they damaged a nerve and now I have to go back Thursday for them to basically be like yeah we messed up. Ughhhhh

I have had amazing experiences here until recently. The oral surgeon that pulled my wisdom teeth (wasn't necessary but it was covered so...) Anyway, he broke my tooth. Then he had me wait, an entire month to come back and tells me that he did not break my tooth. Then says it was a filled tooth so it's not as strong... But you just told me you didn't break my tooth, said it was impossible. The office is not standing behind the work done on the filled tooth because the doctor that did it is no longer there.
