Do NOT recommend! They lied to me about pricing before a root canal and then told me “they didn’t recall what they said” with half of the work done! Totally unprofessional and would not take responsibility for what they did! Do not use this place! I moved dentists after giving them thousands of dollars. Save your money and time!
Terrible would be an understatement! Terrible! It’s all about the money. I would never recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

Awful chop shop of a dentist office, I put everything on credit and am now getting bills directly from Aspen trying to get more money, the place is a scam, you’re better off finding a privately owned dental office, and there are plenty of small office owners that need our business.

Worst dental experience of my long life and one of the worst experiences of my life. My story is too involved to tell here, but they are unprofessional, inept, unorganized. In a few years when I get my loan paid off I will find someone else to make me some dentures.
Back in May I had a deep cleaning done to all of my teeth. Because of this I had used up around 500-600$ of my deductible. A month later I went for a checkup, and they offered to extract a tooth, and crown it. They stated that I would not hit my deductible unless my insurance denied something. The lady in the front office confidently assured me that I was nowhere near my deductible, and that I had nothing to worry about.
