From the moment I walk through the door, the ladies at the front desk was very polite, I went in for tooth pain, they did a full exam and gave me the answer I need for my pain. My overall experience was awesome. I will definitely recommend Aspen dental. I truly had a great experience. You guys are awesome!!!! Thank you all for your kindness and patience

I attended with an unbearable pain in my tooth. It was the main reason for which I attended. However, they did a number of x-rays, the dental hygienist saw me and finally the dentist. I do not criticise the service because it was in fact good on the part of the front desk, dental assistant and dental hygiene. However, if you attend for an emergency, it is what should be attended to first. Don't try to sell yourself that you have to do 100 things in your teeth. I recently visited this office with my mom for a dental appointment due to her tooth pain. Prior to our appointment, we were informed that we’d receive a call to verify our insurance, which would help ensure a smooth process. Unfortunately, that call never came. On the day of the appointment, we ended up waiting for two hours before being seen, and even then, they were unable to verify our insurance. Zero stars, dealt with Britney, who was very rude and unhelpful, please do not go here! they highly over charge and have hidden fees, they do not go over the bill with you and just hit you with a price (basically what "they" recommend) if you want a basic cleaning, they say "no you need this specific cleaning" which is extremely expensive, with insurance it came out to over 2k. Also they did not apply all of my medical deductible of which I had $600 left over? Making me pay out of pocket! Not to mention the $1,200 tooth brus... read more

What an amazing place. Every single person at this dental office was kind, compassionate, patient, and skilled. I had neglected my dental health for way too long because of fear, but they all made me feel at ease, walked me through every step, and were very patient. I highly recommend this dental office and Dr. Alexander was great! Thank you, Aspen Dental in Davie.
