From the moment I walk through the door, the ladies at the front desk was very polite, I went in for tooth pain, they did a full exam and gave me the answer I need for my pain. My overall experience was awesome. I will definitely recommend Aspen dental. I truly had a great experience. You guys are awesome!!!! Thank you all for your kindness and patience
I came in this morning filled with anxiety and hurting so badly due to an infected tooth and I was blown away by how nice and patient everyone was.I was partially nervous because my dental health is atrocious but not once did I feel judged or belittled for it ( which I’m so used to from other places) From start to finish everyone in the office today was wonderful. I attended with an unbearable pain in my tooth. It was the main reason for which I attended. However, they did a number of x-rays, the dental hygienist saw me and finally the dentist. I do not criticise the service because it was in fact good on the part of the front desk, dental assistant and dental hygiene. However, if you attend for an emergency, it is what should be attended to first. Don't try to sell yourself that you have to do 100 things in your teeth. Zero stars, dealt with Britney, who was very rude and unhelpful, please do not go here! they highly over charge and have hidden fees, they do not go over the bill with you and just hit you with a price (basically what "they" recommend) if you want a basic cleaning, they say "no you need this specific cleaning" which is extremely expensive, with insurance it came out to over 2k. Also they did not apply all of my medical deductible of which I had $600 left over? Making me pay out of pocket! Not to mention the $1,200 tooth brus... read more
