Went in to see if I could get a walk in appointment they were standing there talking no one assisted me stood there for a good five minutes! Can’t say they didn’t see me.

I had a 8am appointment and was not called in till 8:55am. X-ray technician could not figure out how to work the machine. I felt that I was treated as if my business was not important.
Dr Elliott wis great,except I was told to get two teeth capped while in Florida for winter, I did as told but they now can not do implant as I was previously told because my sinus cavity hangs to low. Really is no solution available but could have had a bridge done . Also no dental hygienist available, she quit and they have not gotten around to hiring a new one. Arrived at 10am. 11:30 am still had not been seen. No warning no apology nothing.
After being 15 minutes early they wet half an hour late. I fell in the parking coming in and nothing was done(yes I told them all about it) and when I left I slipped two more times. Again nothing was done. Did not offer to fill out an incident report or even go out to salt the ground. Injuries my back and my arm and all I got was” oh they are supposed to salt in the morning before we get here”. Just a sheet of ice and three falls later nothing was done
I must have gotten much better at brushing my teeth b/c no scaling the last 2 visits-just polishing. Last visit I was told the ins. co. covers 2nd fluoride treatment which it does not-have paid for them before! Also, last visit, no dentist on site so could not get the scheduled exam and, of course could not get a small filling repaired. Now have to wait 6 months "unless it bothers you!" Also, what's with refusing to do a filling and insisting on a crown nowadays?
Although the work I received was good work, it is a bit of an inconvenience to have to come back on multiple Occasions for the completion of said work. For example I had to get cavities filled in on my last visit only one cavity was done and I am being told to come back for the remaining two not to mention the new doctor seem to be shocked of me telling her of a cavity that needs to be done. she seemed fail to even look at my xrays or didn’t believe me telling her where the pain is coming from . They don't have enough doctors and always run super late. Last time, I had to wait for 1.5 hours for my appointment. Today, I've been waiting for an hour so far. Plan accordingly.
