I have never been comfortable with a dentist! Dr Maricondo was amazing with my anxiety! They worked me into the schedule made sure I could go home pain free! Every member of that staff was thoughtful and understanding! I have 100% found a new dentist and office I can see myself going to without fear! Thank you Dr. Maricondo, Jenna, Kelly and the entire staff!

Very friendly and warming environment! Very professional and fun! Dr. Maricondo, the office manager Carla, and assistants Tiffany and Donna were very friendly ! I have a lot of confidence in the treatment plan they have set up for me! Would recommend this Aspen Dental office in Dewitt to my friends and family!! Can't wait to go back!
Great place. Good people. Very professional. Work done on time. Kids Friendly. Very informative about the charges and discussion about the insurance coverage.
The McDonald's of dentistry,went for replacement uppers,made clown teeth twice both times made the molds wrong

Horrible place!! They canceled my appointment for cleaning which I needed before I started Chemo and even told me they didn't have a hygienist! Liars....I believe because I was self pay and getting a small discount. I also had an appointment to get a filling too and had to cancel because of covid. I called them 3 times and left messages to reschedule .....I never got a call back. Don't go here...horrible people!!

I’m not a huge fan of the dentist based on past experiences. With that being said I knew walking into my first visit at their Dewitt NY location I would have a bit of anxiety. Signing in was fine, x-rays and the technician seemed competent and then I got In the chair. This is where I realized their process is strange and cumbersome. ASpen Dental is a scam, they bill fo services NOT provided, then send you to collections if you object. They provide a low quality product at a high price, then do not honor their "warantee"
