I'm beyond sad that Dr Maricondo is gone. There's a lot of turnover here. Also, I didn't get a toothbrush and goodie bag 😕. Dr. Park was nice and new dental assistant was sweet. I never have a bad experience, just really miss Dr maricondo

Because zero isn't an option! They don't treat their colored patients well! RUN!!!
They riped me off years ago but my wife needed some work. She made the appointment over 2 weeks ago. They called 45 minutes before and cancelled the appointment. The kicker is they want her to wait 2 more weeks for another appointment!! Very Poor customer service! I should have stuck to my first impression an stayed away!!
I'd give them a 0 if possible. Didn't know race mattered when it came to getting your teeth cleaned. On the first appointment we weren't notified there was no dental hygienist. So we were forced to reschedule. The second appointment, we wait twenty minutes while everyone who came in after us is called. I called to complain and was put on hold for 31 minutes, before they gave me the number to a corporate office that doesn't open until 9am. Aspen Dental at its finest.
Good Doctor... but staff in dire need of training & more experience. Did not leave office until 11AM for only 1/2 of an hour of dental cleaning that was to start at 8:45 AM! And still there are unresolved issues.
I took my husband there,It was a great experience,Everyone was so friendly and made us feel at home.The dentist was fantastic!!
THE WORST place to go for dentistry... EXTREMELY unprofessional staff... Whatever you do, do NOT go here...
