We give Aspen Dental in DeWitt, NY a 5 star rating for the wonderful treatment my husband received there. They finished the work that was started in Florida, which was paid for already. His permanent uppers were due when we got back home. We were refused by one office and came upon the one in DeWitt. Not only did they make his permanent uppers, they went ahead and did the bottom partials also. JENNIFER IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST OFFICE MANAGER - I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF ASPEN DENTAL FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS AND WAS READY TO PUT AN END TO THAT WHEN THEIR PART TIME FILL IN DENTIST MADE ME VERY UNCOMFORTABLE,,,, BUT JENNIFER STEPPED IN AND SAVED THE DAY .... The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of five was because of an extremely long wait. The staff apologized for the wait. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. I have an extreme fear of dentist and everyone I encountered did their best to put me at ease.
I had a tooth extracted today. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Best of all, I experienced no pain.
