Wait 2 weeks to get the appointment, go in for a tooth extraction come out with a 3000 dollar estimate. Yeah still have the tooth that needs extraction and pain also. I'll never go there again just a waste of my time.

The office staff is not well managed. I was told on 2 different visits wrong information. Both occurrences I was told by a nurse or assistant (really not sure because they do not identify them selves) what the steps will be for my procedures and I was given incorrect information both times, I also pointed this out to the Office Manager after the first visit. Instead of a manager calling me the when the 2nd "mix"up occurred they have a receptionist call who was not skilled to call and answer questions. I had to place 2 calls... read more

Very inefficient office staff. Front staff was rude and blamed all issues on the call center. One office staff sat playing on her cell phone and on a personal call and was acted annoyed when there was a line and the phone was ringing. The best part was calling me to tell me I missed my 4:15 appointment at 4:30 that was scheduled and in their schedule at 4:45 as it was verified for that time after they gave me attitude that I was wrong.
