It's been over a year since the person. you call a dentist ruined the inside of my mouth....I still use toothache medicine for pain and discomfort.

My experience with Aspen Dental has been nothing but a nightmare since I have done services with them. I will not be using them again, and I deeply regret my decision in picking them for dental services. This does not just apply to billing, but also their work in my fillings. One of my first fillings fell out the second I got into my car in the parking lot. My second set of fillings have worn a hole in my adjacent top teeth due to the filling not being filed down enough. I just started with this office and my cirst visit was very good. I was x-rayed right away and informed me of the work needed and the cost. They offered financial aid to which I agreed. My second visit was impressions for dentures which went well. They have very pleasant staff. The one slight problem is that their computer system keeps texting me stating that I missed my appointment.

If I could give this poorly managed most unprofessional office a negative star I would. If anybody needs to see a dentist don’t go to aspen dental ever. never had a worse experience in my entire life!!! First they rescheduled my appointment to a different time which meant My husband and I had to miss more hours at work. Then They forgot to get the proper paperwork completed by my dr. So here was my horrible experience with Aspen Dental **disclaimer I don't know if I actually have gum disease as I know I have minor gum bleeding. So some of what they told me may be true but I think they were exaggerating slightly at my prognosis to try and scare me into a very expensive treatment. ***After the corporate office read this review I received a call from the manager harassing me about my review while I was at work, on my the company phone. He told me that he didn't appreciate my review. Well sir I didn't appreciate your lack of transparency throughout the entire process. There was no apology or trying to "make things right" involved. This place is ridiculous, and unprofessional.

I was told by a coworker they were very nice but very very slow, she was right, the staff was very nice but I was only patient in lobby and to get from there to the dentist took hour and 45 minutes and he walked in and looked for maximum of 60 seconds and back out, then the wait for heigenist started and I had to leave couldn't take it, now I know why there were tv's everywhere

Well,,,, after they gave me close to a 5,000.00 estimate on the dental work they feel that I need....
