Don’t ever come here thinking you won’t be spending a lot of money. They screw you over each and every time. They will screw you over and not even care. The ladies at the desk have no idea of why you’re being charged. They give you steps for after surgery to get more money. They don’t have full answers to your questions. I do not recommend this place even to my worst enemies. I can promise you’ll find somewhere better. It’s a shit show and a half. 0/10

I went to Aspen dental for bad tooth which ended up needing pulled. I had to go through the entire poking and prodding, xray, process (over an hour) and ended up.in a little office where they told me all the dental work I needed to have done, and what it would cost. My tooth extraction would cost me $14.18 cents. I was surprised to say the least, so I asked are you sure, to which the answer was yes, your insurance will cover the rest. If you're thinking about becoming a patient at Aspen Dental, walk in the front door and immediately look up at the ceiling. See that tile that isn't in its track? It's been that way for a minimum of three years. Do you want to know why everyone shows up to work at Aspen Dental in DuBois every day and looks at that ceiling tile rather than reaching a broom handle up and fixing it? I needed a dentist that took my insurance and didn't cost to much. I looked around and called my insurance and was covered by Aspen Dental. It is very easy to get an appointment and not far for me to get there. This was my second time there, and I was there to get a cleaning. I was not aware of some of the charges when I checked in, she said I would owe, $88. I was told the last time I was there, the most was $35. Received an email to confirm my sons appointment on Saturday at 9 AM, which is an appointment he has had for six months. His last appointment was canceled with them because they weren’t open on the day they made the appointment. This is the second time that they have scheduled an appointment on a day they are closed! Extremely unprofessional. Would never give them any business after this!

My boyfriend had a terrible experience here. They rushed him through the window without answering any of his questions. The receptionist was very rude and wouldn’t listen to the fact that he needed the cheapest option due to not having dental insurance only medical insurance. They pushed the most expensive options on him and again wouldn’t listen to him telling them what he wanted done. Front desk staff and office manager were completely unprofessional. Nothing like a professional office should be run.
