This was my first visit to Aspen dental at the referral of a friend, and it was a great experience with Dr Javeria khan! I needed expertise as well as a caring environment in which I could seek treatment that I could trust for my son.. Front desk people were very caring professional and helpful. I had a very disappointing experience at Aspen Dental and feel compelled to warn others. My appointment lasted over two hours, and I did not even receive a cleaning. I was left sitting alone in a room for over 30 minutes while staff prepared an estimate, only to be presented with an extravagant treatment plan that included items I explicitly stated multiple times to multiple people in the office that I did not want before the treatment estimate was written up. This was the best experience so far at the dentist! From the front staff: Raymond, Rony and Frances to the back with Dr. Khan and the dental assistants, also the nurse that check your gums is very informative and helpful! I believe her name was Michelle, will definitely come back and get my dental care here.
Exceptional dental care from start to finish. The staff provides outstanding customer service, and the level of expertise is truly top-tier. You feel well cared for and confident in the quality of treatment every visit. Highly recommend!
I do not recommend dental work here. The experience is not good. The dr always seems like she has many things going on at once and cant seem to focus on one patient. She always needs to step out many times and the has the assistant work on your mouth which is ridicules. After, the work does not seem right and my mouth was very sensitive.
