Staff is super friendly. Went in as an emergency patient. Seen very quickly. Options were provided with no pressure. Will definately be returning.
Very pleasant staff. From the young lady at the front desk to the actual dentist! I mean, even when he was doing my extraction he was humming! Like… the type of humming you do when your doing a task you’ve done multiple times and now it’s just second nature! From the front desk to the dental technician and the dentist everyone was professional and respectful. I am usually nervous at the dentist however the staff put me at ease. After a thorough exam and consultation as a new patient the total cost of recommended dental work was clearly communicated.
They told me I was covered with my insurance. The Dentist and assistant were amazing, but the business process… it is terrible! I went in because I got a cracked tooth from a bone in my food at a nearby restaurant, very painful. They had me take full pano and full bite wings and a detailed photo of inside my mouth and sent me home with instructions to take Tylenol for the pain. The physician was ok. Non existent customer support. No one answers the phone, they don’t respond to referral requests. I had to reschedule my surgery and reconsult with another provider to get a referral. To do a cleaning they want you to pay for two visits , the first one is consultation then the second visit they do the cleaning. Stay away from the Flemington location.
