As someone who had anxiety coming to a dentist office, staff made me feel at ease and talked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable. Everyone there is super pleasant! Been happy with the results each visit

I had a very disappointing experience at Aspen Dental and feel compelled to warn others. My appointment lasted over two hours, and I did not even receive a cleaning. I was left sitting alone in a room for over 30 minutes while staff prepared an estimate, only to be presented with an extravagant treatment plan that included items I explicitly stated multiple times to multiple people in the office that I did not want before the treatment estimate was written up. Excellent service and very modernization equipment for dental services and i loved every bit of my visit . Special thanks To doctor Khan who was so kind and generous throughout the visit and guided me very well on what i need for my next treatment . Thanks flto Simeon for all the welcome and Xray work and special thanks to Harlene also who did my cleaning .

This was my first visit to Aspen dental at the referral of a friend, and it was a great experience with Dr Javeria khan! I needed expertise as well as a caring environment in which I could seek treatment that I could trust for my son.. Front desk people were very caring professional and helpful. 100% do not use aspen dental. I’d give zero stars if possible. They do not follow up on claims. Had a dental service. Insurance didn’t go through. Had to pay out of pocket. Of course, the office had to do new X-rays and other fees. 4 months later and still no follow up or insurance payment. Took me calling them several times to even file it. Now, no status update or ability to collect from insurance. Definitely do not go to this aspen dental or any others, in my opinion.
