well I went in for extractions and was so apprehensive nervous and Doctor Kroni and his assistant were so comforting and reassuring it was not what I expected it was painless he was courteous and listened and didn't shame which that's why I didn't go to the dentist for such a long time and then I paid the price so I had to have pretty much all my upper teeth removed. The staff at the Florissant office is very courteous, empathetic and knowledgeable and you can see and feel this from the moment you walk in the door. It doesn’t matter if you’re with Tia at the front desk, Dr. Chris the dentist, Ms. Sheila the DA, Rhonda the hygienist (or anyone in between) you will be pleasantly surprised!!!
