The manager Tiffany is UNPROFESSIONAL and rude. When a patient returned a call from her, Tiffany HUNG UP immediately. The patient called back confused wondering she was hung up on. Tiffany had the worst attitude and was extremely unprofessional in the way she handled the call. And she has the nerve to be a manager??? Unacceptable. She needs to be fired. Arrived for my July 11th cleaning only to be asked to come back later in the day because my hygienist was with another patient. They couldn’t give me an answer as to why my hygienist schedule myself and another person at the exact same time and then, I was told I’d have to reschedule for the THIRD time or come back later in the day on July 11th.
