They really took the time to listen to my wants, and while discussing any consequences of refusing certain services, they provided no pressure other than being informative. there computer system and them lying about them being wrong and changing my appointment because they are wrong and bold face lying to me after I spent 25 grand and still don't have my teeth yet and now I have to wait till the 30 this is wrong on so many ways I paid up front in full all cash and they still can't help me out I'm calling my lawyer on this place I'm tired of there bull shit

RecommendedMoney grabbing unprofessionals. Showed up 15min prior to my apt like I was asked. The doors were locked. 20min later they're unlocked but nobody was around. myself and another woman yelled and even called and nobody answered or came up front. we went and found them ourselves since our apts had came and went by now. They told us we needed to leave because they were closed. They ended up seeing me after I showed them that I had an apt but it was extremely late. Would highly recommend going anywhere but here for dental needs.
rude, ghetto, dentist is incompetent, not professional, got mad because he didn't give me enough numbing meds and I kept telling him I felt the pain, he didn't care just kept going....WORSE DENTIST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! GO TO MIDWEST SMILES..MUCH BETTER.

Aspen dental is horrible. They quoted me one price over the phone and increased it by 2 when I got there. I was then pressured to get services that I didn’t need. They are clearly money grubbers.

Hello I would like to report that the dentist that I saw yesterday on Monday 10 11 21 at 3115 N Hwy 67, Florissant, MO 63033. for my finishing up of my root canal and my two fillings. The doctor was very brutal, reckless because they did not use the proper tools and said to me that he was just trying to get the cement out of my mouth one way or another.
