Service was great and staff was very informative. Thank you Keisha and Allison for making my mouth feel brands new again.

I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to use this establishment. My sister got work done almost a year ago and still can’t where her dentures. Anyone know if you can fill a lawsuit against them?
ETA: I did receive an email the day before the appointment, it apparently went to junk mail. So I do owe them an apology for not seeing it. Absolutely awful business model, strictly designed to wring every penny out of you. Requiring unnecessary visits and payment up front, then cancelling after you've paid because they were unable to reach you via phone 24 hours prior to appointment, something they fail to tell you upfront.

All appointments when I arrived for my 3 o’clock appointment we’re also set at 3 o’clock appointment. At no time did anyone inform us that their lunch would be from two to 3 o’clock. We were having to stand outside where it’s 96° and wait on them to open the door and let only a select few in. I have never had To wait on prescription nor have I ever been told that I could not stand at the front desk while waiting on the prescription!

I would not recommend anyone to use Aspen Dental and don't believe for a minute that their guarantee is worth anything. I went to Aspen Dental in Flowood, was told I needed all my teeth pulled and that I needed dentures. Looking back, that was a terrible mistake on my part, believing that all my teeth were bad. Anyway, my teeth were broken out, all but two, and I was fitted for dentures. After my teeth were broken out(not pulled), I had bone fragments left in my gums.
