I would give this a zero rating if I could. This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a dental office.The original appointment was on a Monday at 3:30pm. We arrive on time only to be told the appointment had been rescheduled by a staff member and no one bothered to call to tell us. We drove 20 miles to this appointment. Ok, we come back the next day arriving 15 minutes prior to his appointment since he was a new patient. I thought the office in Flowood was great, but the receptionist that was there today did not sign me in and I've sat here 1 1/2 hours waiting. l was early by 15 minutes for my appointment and she saw me when l came in. l like Dr. Longino, but they need a receptionist that can do her job properly

Their financial department seemed very pushy. I felt like I was being pressured to make a fast decision. When I told the woman that I was going to think about it and get back with her, she got very angry and informed me how bad I was messing up!!

My husband and I went to get teeth pulled. His mouth bled for 4 1/2 hrs. She prescribed him amoxicillin. This was last Wed. We both told him he cannot take penicillin. That he is allergic to it. The first night we called the emergency number. Had a return phone call. The doctor said he will have to wait till he comes in today for another prescription. Would not call him in anything else. That is too long to wait. His right ear has been severely aching. Kept calling the emergency number back but no return phone call. My mouth... read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!! I have had a terrible experience with Aspen Dental in Flowood and hope none of my friends get sucked in. Phones are forwarded most of the time making it almost impossible to get in touch with the office. When I have a question and am promised a return phone call with an answer, I do not get that phone call. All started with a cleaning, then I needed fillings. Called on a Friday morning because I woke up with a swollen cheek and some discomfort in a tooth, (they already had my xrays from a previous consultation) I asked to make an appointment to get the tooth pulled out, but that I needed to know the price since I’m a self pay patient, they said they had to call me back. 2pm rolls in and no call so I call them only to find out they close early and they forgot to call me back. Wait time unbelievable! Staff was very nice, but to wait in waiting area for over an hour, then in the chair for over an hour before being seen is unacceptable.

Made an appointment came it the 15 minutes early as asked... and waited over an hour.. someone walks in laughing and talking with them... and was called back within 15 minutes... my appointment was at 9:30 and it’s over an hour later so I don’t care what she was having she should not have been called back before me... Then gone look shocked when I decided to leave....
