This place is an absolute Joke. I came in for severe tooth pain hoping for a cavity fix and they took several xrays of my teeth, Then brought in a hygienist to talk about my teeth and only to argue with me for 5 minutes about which Tooth was hurting me. Then the Dr. Came in and told me all of what I already knew about my teeth then sent me on my way with a Rx and that was it. Never once did they offer to fix my tooth pain. Don't waste your time.
My wife who is a vet, went to aspen dental truck in Jackson, Ms. and they treated her disrespectful like she was a homeless person. They told her to comeback twice and still didn't see her, and I talk to Mallory the head person of aspen dental and all she could say was i'm sorry that's how she felt! My wife wouldn't come home crying over her feelings! She was crying over how they treated her! I will be calling the news people! You should be ashamed of themselves!

This is my second disappointing visit to this Aspen location. I have now seen two different dentists that don't seem to place a high priority on their patients. I need extensive dental work done and I don't feel comfortable or confident in the dentists I have seen. Keisha is one of the best dental assistants I have ever met. She really cares for her patients and it shows. Keisha was trying to help explain what was needed for my care plan and the dentist was rushing her so that he could go to lunch. My visits to Aspen Dental were outstanding. The staff members were fantastic . Keshia made you feel so welcome and safe and you were her only patient. Mary , who assisted in my oral surgery was fabulous. I can go on and on about the staff and doctor who worked with me, but, to summarize my visits to this point, excellent service, knowledgeable and caring staff.
