This place is a joke. Scheduled an appointment for a cracked tooth. Wasted an hour and a half to tell me they couldn’t fix it that day. Then worked some scheduling out to “fit” me in. Then tried to charge me $550 to pull the tooth that they couldn’t fix. This place is a scam
I’m not one to like going to dentist or doctor but I lost my partial plate and had to find a dentist. My brother had good experience with Aspen. The initial visit took a little time but got a thorough exam. Partials are supposed to be in a couple of weeks. So far I have been well pleased and would recommend Aspen to friends and family. Staff was excellent and were well qualified at their jobs. *****

Dentist and hygienist are great. Desk staff is uncompassionate and does not inform patients of the sales tactics before they come in. The multitude of visits expected of a patient with no cavities or issues just to get a cleaning is not patient friendly. I can not say I have ever had a check-up that the normal check up and cleaning are not done in the same day. They're lack of concern for your time is insulting. I would give the staff 4 stars, but the practice 1 star. If you want a dentist visit where you see the same staff each time, don't go here. If you want to go to a dental office where you see the dentist for your oral health each time you go for a cleaning don't go here. I wish I hadn't started. Everyone is very nice - but after all the work you have done, there is absolutely no follow up by the actual dentists - once a year they take a look, they told me because it is the law. They always bill my insurance wrong and I over pat then I have to wait to get a refund. Terrible experience each time I go.

Initial call was from online number for Frankfort Aspen, but got call center, had lost a filling & needed prompt fix...sine I have Delta Dental they x/ray all, 🎶hygenist clean my tooth , could not do filling. Temp fix , staff all nice, but call center made me feel they could fill my tooth on initial visit , now I must go back 2 days later for permanent filling? Cost ok, lower than my old dentist...
SUCKS . Unprepared unprofessional ,double the rates. Can't do their job. Shitty attitudes. Looks like a shot place to work .
