Started in Feb to get new dentures had to go back 6 times for wax try's cause I did not like how they looked at all finally got some made and had them for a week and could not eat with them and could not talk with them so they could not fix the problem and they had to make them over and today I went back for my 3 time to try on again and they still did not look right. I had a really bad experience here. The dentist was unprepared and there was a total lack of communication. I sat in the office for an hour and a half before I was even told the procedure I needed wouldn't be done. By that time, other offices were closed. I ended up having to get the work done elsewhere and received practically no help in getting a referral for another dentist. I had to wait a long time to get in to finally see the dentist. I was later said to "someone's chart must have gotten pulled before your's". They were very sorry. If the rest of the appointment had not gone so wonderful, I will be giving them a bad review.
