instead of trying to sale you on all other things except what you came for.Exray girl needs more traing in her job to rough in doing it.Cleaning lady needs to not want to over do her job for more payout.Dr he needs to listen to patient inwhat they want and not what he wants to do .Just wanted a tooth removed not 25000 dollors worth of work on a 64 yr old lady.Front office spanish girls need to be train in customer kindness and not just there for a paycheck.In all over office is a money only place.
I made a appointment at aspen dental because I had a filling fall out and needed it replaced, I wanted to try this dental office because I do not have dental insurance and the pricing on the website seemed upfront and reasonable. Boy was that a mistake !!!! I was upfront when making the appointment that I needed this filling replaced and that was why I was making the appointment. Called to let them know traffic was backed up and I was going to be at the office right at 5...was told that I would have to reschedule because my appt was at 4:30 What??? I said no I have it in writing that its at 5, well the attitude back "do you want to reschedule because your appt was at 4:30" NEVER GO TO ASPEN DENTAL!!! THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOUR TIME OR ANY PROFESSIONALISM! They can't get an appt right what would they do to my teeth???
RecommendedI find all the staff are extremely professional & I had no worries about my appointment & feeling safe in the environment with COVID. They were very diligent in their cleaning practice & making sure surfaces were disinfected. My cleaning was thorough and they were very friendly.
