If I could give a 0 star review I would. I’m so mad & I’m so much pain! I went in Monday June 15 for an extraction. The tooth was pulled & Dr. Parekh did the extraction. He said there was a pretty bad abscess that he drained. Prescribed me antibiotics, 20 ibuprofen 600 mg, & 5 Tylenol 3’s. When the numbness wore off I noticed there was something protruding from my gums near the extraction & thought it might be a piece of the tooth. They do not answer the phone And have a full voicemail I do not recommend using them if you have an emergency will not be helped! Even after I was promised someone will be there to help me if I needed it
So the visit started off great. This was my first time at an Aspen Dental. I walk in the young lady at the desk was on the phone (not unusual for an office) and said sign in we will be right with you in a slightly snotty tone, I didnt think much of it. Shortly after the Xray tech called me back to do my xrays, all went well. She walked me back to the room to be seen by a staff member. Went to Aspen to check a tooth that I was sure had a cavity. They told me I needed a root canal, crown, and that I had aprox. ten cavities. Their estimate was $5,500. I was dumbfounded. I even almost signed up for they payment plan because I was scared, and have been thought to trust doctors. Thank god I got a second opinion. I do have the one cavity, but don't need most of the work they suggested. This seems so corporate and predatory.

I will not be returning to Aspen Dental.
The office folks were nice, it took a long wait to get into my first time appointment about 1 hour. When I checked out for pricing, pulling just one tooth was over $200, the web site stated $130 per tooth...other pricing's the same as other dentist were so not saving's at all

I was frustrated that it took so long to get an appointment and then to have to set up another appointment to get the tooth taken care of was not what I expected. I was hoping for a resolution the same day. I did get an appointment within the week to have the procedure done. I am thankful for the prescription to get the pain under control until I can get back in for the treatment. Made a appointment Monday July 17, 2017,I saw on TV ASPEN DENTAL had affordable payment plans for everyone. I needed all of my teeth pulled out and Dentures top and bottom. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance . The plan I was offered wasn't flexible and out of my range, so I left broken hearted.
