A bunch of con artist. Lied to me about dentures I bought. Told me that they would make them for me to fit and they would work on them till they were right for me no charge. Then when I went for adjustment they told me the only thing that would work were implants that would cost $7393.00. Give me a break. They told my husband what he needed done and ran a pre determination from our ins and put his part on First Dental Credit card they set him up with. Do not work with people at all. Also my insurance didn't pay $10 and I asked if I could pay with my visit today and they said sure. Well it was sent to collections. Plus they wouldn't see me because I forgot my wallet in my babies diaper bag. I understand they want money up front, but they are not nice about it. And I had to get to cavities filled plus my cleaning and X-rays. Sorry don't have $600 to pay up front. I am looking for a new dentist . I wouldn't chose them unless you are rich.
We made an appointment with Aspen Dental at the closest location which is 160 miles from our home and back, so my partner could stay with Aspen dental. The people here are very friendly. That being said, the administration functions seem confused and the staff did a bad job of informing me what my next appointment involved. One appointment when I showed up they had no record of the appointment despite the appointment card I showed them. I found this place o be very helpful at first!! I had to have 8 teeth pulled, The doctor knew I had a heart condition and an extreme fear of dentists!!! He was very callous, not friendly except to say hi. Started putting shots all in my mouth like I was some inanimate object! I am in search of an office to have my dentures done. Aspen was my 3rd opinion. All the offices were to do almost the same procedures except that Aspen wrote up their procedures to not include removal of lower torus mandibularis. The price ended up double the other two estimates. 1st was $3180, 2nd was $4435, and aspen was $8455. Other than the price, the staff and Dr was very friendly. Sorry I cant pay double. I wish i could post the paper estimates I have to show the prices.

I've always been terrified of dental work until I found Aspen Dental. I LOVE Dr. Parekh! He's so gental and caring. The rest of the staff is wonderful too...very friendly. Now I don't mind going to the dentist at all.
