Friendly staff. Clean. Problem free. Dr. Mohammed was very explanatory. If there was one con, it would be this. I prefer that the staff assist clients with scheduling referrals

I don't like dentist visits but Aspen Dental was an exception. I actually enjoyed my visit with Dr Drake and his team. The place has a very calm, peaceful vibe: all of the staff talked in a very calm and reassuring voice. The staff worked together and communicated very well. They each explained what they were doing and why. I need some extensive dental work due to years of neglect. I have been with Aspen for 2 years Since November 2023. In that timeframe I have seen 3 different doctors and 3 different associates. I started wearing dentures in 1999 and wore them until I dropped my upper and broke it in November 2023 with no problems in all those years, would probably be still wearing except I broke my upper. Aspen made me new upper and lower in November 2023. I have been back about 20 times for lower denture for adjustments and the fact they keep cracking in the same area. My brother got a set of dentures from Aspen dental a year ago. Guaranteed fit or your money back. Well after spending about $6000 for the $499 dentures as advertising television they still do not fit. He has been back several times for fitting they still do not fit. Aspen dental will not give him a new set. They do not hold up to their guarantee. In my opinion, I would stay 100% clear of their doors. Patients are just an assembly line and they take all the money from you. They can. Beware beware

Aspen Dental, i had a very bad experience with them, call the call center made an appointment got to the office was told that there was no appointment and that they were not taking any new patients, took half a day off from my job. that is BAD BAD Business. I will not be going back there again, they are not professional at all, very bad place.

Do not prepay for services. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE NOR RETURN MESSAGES. Beware of sly dialed calls to avoid talking to you. I tried resolving issues so that I could get what I paid for and be done with them but now they are avoiding me again. I just want a return of the money I paid for the services I have not received from the agreement we made a year ago. I have filed a BBB complaint and will file a complaint w/the dental association. I am looking at other avenues so that I can get what I need back to pay another pr... read more

Newport News, VA won't answer their phones for the love of God. They don't care either because my fiancé left several messages 5 to be exact and still haven't responded. Then I called on my phone to set his appointment but got a voicemail instead of a human and without giving them my phone number...they called my phone back asking for him and then hung up as I was passing to my fiancé. This place is the absolute worst! My initial appointment took 4 hours. Then a couple of months later I was having tooth pain and they could not get me in any sooner than a month out for an emergency!!!! I ended up having to go to another dentist who didn't accept my insurance and pay out of pocket for X-rays. When I contacted Aspen dental about the results of my X-rays, they told me that they can take care of the fillings and all I had to do was bring the treatment plan from this other dentist. It's beyond shocking how a "professional" office can be so disorganized and no one seemingly having a clue on what they are doing. I set up an appointment 2 weeks ago to have a tooth repaired (front tooth was chipped many years ago and the cap in it recently fell out). I also recently got x-rays and appear to need a couple cavities, but this is a lower priority for me as really need front tooth repaired.
