This place sends emails to people who aren’t customers (me), and after calls and emails to rectify, they don’t take me off their mailing list. In fact, they sent me appointment reminders for some random guy, possibly a HIPPA VIOLATION. If they don’t care enough to send emails to the right address, I imagine they don’t care about other things: sterilized equipment, customer service, etc.

WOW! Most unorganized place I have ever dealt with!! Called Wednesday and they scheduled me an appointment for Friday. Had an at least 15 minute call with Rhonda about my concerns and what I needed an appointment for, all while also confirming that I am pregnant. She informed me that my OBGYN needed to fax over a release form so I could be seen, which was done as soon as I got off of the phone. Where do I begin? First off, I am extremely terrified of the dentist. It took ALOT to get me into the office in the first place. I specifically only needed two teeth taken out. They talked up implants and this and that, well the total they said would be $10,000 even with my insurance. Who in their right mind has $10,000 to blow on something they need or they’ll be in extreme pain? They should address the issue you came there for and not for 50 million other things you did not come there for.
They take about 20 x-rays of your mouth and then the dental hygenist comes in and examines your teeth and then the dentist come in looks at the x-rays and says you need two crowns and then another lady comes in and starts talking about payments and financing. The DENTIST NEVER LOOKED IN MY MOUTH.and by the way wanted to charge me over $4,000😬 horrible experiencefor someone who went there just to get a tooth filled because they list tooth filling starting at $136
They could start by being honest and upfront about their business practices. They say on their website that things cost X, and then when the work is done, they charge extra for a whole lot of steps that would usually be considered part of the procedure. It's like buying a car, and finding out that the tires or the steering wheel is some kind of extra-cost option.
