Don't waste your time and money they WILL NEVER answer the phone. I've been trying to get a hold of them for 2 months left voice messages called corporate and won't get a response!! I'm sick of this place

Don't believe anything will be done tried twice to have resolved so far nada, I was a self employed hairdresser and I would NEVER have had the clientele I had if I had treated them when a problem needed to be addressed and fixed as I and apparently several others have been treated, and payed for that treatment, companies and people employed by them need to be held accountable for their lack of treatment and acknowledged when good service has been given unfortunately that died when disco did.

At one time there customer service was good they must be have new employees, cause these ones are very rude and not professional at all. If you have to have a attitude when you are calling a customer, maybe you need to find another line of work.

Go anywhere else. This is the absolute worse place to have anything done. My dad has been without teeth for well over a month because this place cannot get the temporary dentures right and then continually cancel his appointments. There is NO care or compassion. The worse part is they gladly took ALL the money for all of this upfront and have NOT met any of the obligations. By the time they actually get their act together, his permanent dentures are "hopefully" going to be in. But with how they have handled everything up to ... read more

Very displeased with with my calls going to voicemail and having to wait a month to get work done. Then to go back for a rescan. Then given an appointment with no time on it after a few attempts of hanging up and recall a talk to someone and they tell me they are going to call me back about the appointment that was set for june 12th with no time on it no one calls back I start call then at 4:40pm back to back I go to voicemail till 5pm when they are closed I have a JOB I work too... That I took time off to get this done now ... read more

Want to be told you need a million different things but not one of them is the thing you went in for? This is the place to go! Want to get your mouth numbed up only for the doctor to never show up to your room for almost an hour? This is the place to go! Definitely do not recommend this place, and boy don't bother trying to call, you'll never hear from them. Waste your time and money somewhere else. My girlfriend was VERY dissatisfied with everything here. The dentist knows absolutely nothing.

Call center told me to drive in because they do walk-ins. I drive in only to find out they cannot take walk-ins. Thanks for wasting my time as I try to deal with a dental emergency.

Zero stars. Trust and believe that you need to go elsewhere. I don't feel like spending 30 minutes writing everything that's wrong here. Wish I would've known before I spent 2k out of my pocket.

This review is for the Mercury Blvd location. So then this office has lots of patients and only ONE dentist. The dentist spends her time racing between patients, stopping whatever procedure she may be doing on one patient to start treatment on another patient. Most of your time will be spent sitting in the exam chair waiting for the dentist to come back to you to complete your treatment. I'm sure that this location generates enough revenue to hire more dentists. They are just being greedy and sadly burning out their one ... read more
