Absolutely the WORST experience I’ve had with a dentist EVER. He was rude and all I heard him talk about with myself and other patients were “extracting”. He’s obsessed with pulling teeth. I thought a dentists first approach is to try to save the tooth? This guy was rude, unprofessional, and seemed to be annoyed that he had to work. He basically told me to have the teeth extracted or be in pain, so I left. I’ll get a second opinion from a REAL dentist. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Had an appt at 845, got xrays at 845 and then sat there until 10 waiting for what I was told would be my root canal that I told them on the phone I needed done ASAP. NOPE! Oh, it's your 1st visit, we can't do that today, but you need fillings, a cleaning and the root canal. We can schedule you. UNPROFESSIONAL idiots talking in the hallway, all around dirty place with old equipment. Do yourself a favor and find another place to get dental work!

Staff was extremely pleasant. Dentist was best I have ever had. Did not even feel the needles go into my mouth. That has never happened before. Price quoted for the procedure was actually cut in half because of the dentist's skill. She made it a regular extraction instead of a complicated procedure as they had anticpated. Would go back again.

What FANTASTIC dental care. I went in with a denture I had tried to fix myself. I was expecting to buy new ones. To my Surprise. They did a GREAT JOB fixing my broken plate. Thanks so VERY MUCH Aspen Dental for taking care of me. The young man that helped me was, SO Wonderful and Professional with me.

Do the work they bill you and your insurance for and stop charging in advance for a bunch of stuff they will never do. Fix your billing. Do what you say you are going to do and don't submit bills for procedures not performed. Highly unethical practice.

This place was more of a hastle than anything! Was there for 3 hours and only got an x ray done with an exam. They didnt even clean my teeth! Then on top of it told me I needed all this work done including oral surgery... I have always taken care of my teeth always! I never even had a cavity! They scared me to the point I looked into financing through them in the event I decided to go through with it all. 11/1 I had my first appointment with aspen dental in hazleton. I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early like asked. Soon arriving I have the receptionist my insurance information and was told to have a seat. 1 hour goes by and as the room is still packed with people mind you people that have been waiting awhile like myself two men (different times) walk in.
