The worse place that we ever found. We have Capital Blue and still they want to charge more than $250. as co-payment just for dental cleaning. crazy people. full prize as co-payment. what you thing that everyone its dumb?. Never again.
Despite the fact that I have insurance and Aspen is in my network, my initial cleaning would cost me several hundred dollars. I asked for a basic cleaning but they insisted on something much more. To compound the problem, they submitted a credit application using the wrong number (about half my actual net income) and I got rejected. I have since switched back to my former dentist. Waited 50 minutes for my appointment to see the dentist. Was told I have a chip in my filling which she could not fix because they close in half an hour.
The initial visit and cleaning were good. When I was done they told me the first visit for new patients was free. When I went for my cleaning it was $82, and I paid it. Now I’m getting bills for $190+. Called office said they take care of it. I’m still getting bills. For what? They don’t put the calls thru to billing. I waited 30 min for a worker and nobody ever answered. I will not pay this bill but I’ll send it to the Atty, General to handle.
Horrible. After I went in for my cleaning, I found my wife in tears, they have humiliated my wife and daughter while they where waiting for me in the waiting room, completely unacceptable and unprofessional, completely uncalled for. We will get our records then never get back to that place. I never seen anything like it.
I loved this place at first. Sweet doctor, real nice office staff, and Great looking dentures. Lifetime guarantee and not as expensive as we thought they’d be (after insurance). These dentures were Aspen’s best, top-of-the-line with a lifetime guarantee. As is expected, I returned often for little adjustments because biting down was painful and caused sores on my gums. So far as the personal contact no problem! There is some confusion over different information as far as treatment and or services that may be from the fact that they constantly change personnel!
Going here as a first time patient, I arrived early for the paperwork and it still ended up being over 45 min to be called back. Everyone just operates around you and when they came into the cubical I was at, no one even acknowledged my existence. After your 'exam' you go to see the front office girls to go over your treatment plan...not the dentist... I felt like I was at a used car dealership with the way they were talking about the treatment plan and how magically over $300 came right off the top when I started stressin... read more
