very disrespectful staff, unorganized, they lie to you saying they except your insurance and when you go for your appt they tell you they don't and that you have to pay 196 dollars for your appt.
Your prices are much to high! A big rip off!!
In 2009 I had bridgework done to The the entire upper portion of my mouth. A lot of pain and a lot of expense. The dentist that did the work had literally no personality. He put the bridges in, neglecting to tell me that the space on the right side of my mouth was to wide to support the pressure that normal eating and sleeping would produce. Horrible people. Left me abandoned in chair after 3 very painful needles in my gums. Waited so long novacaine wore off. When I complained about this and asked for new appointment, was told to "shut up" and wait outside in chair. Ten minutes later I asked office manager for her name so as to file an official complaint. She refused to tell me her name, instead went to her office and called police. Cops arrive and say I have to simply leave. I prepaid for dental work that was not done. Cops said tuff luck for you. I went to Aspen Dental over a year ago. I thought I had a good experience, however a year later after receiving no bills/letters I get a random collections notice in the mail. Aspen didn't even try to reach out to me before sending it to collections. Be careful when dealing with this shady place. (Also looks like a few others have had this happen from other reviews.)
