WAY overpriced!! It took years to pay off one procedure only to get charged double for the same procedure.
I can not comment on the service. I will comment on the marketing approach. Without going into personal details you shop for dental care like anything else. I can say they are more costly than many others. Maybe it was because of being able to watch Tv's while in the chair. NIce touch but not worth the cost difference. I will have to do without TV. AS a matter of fact I could purchase a very large one for every room for the cost difference. My opinion is to shop.
Oral surgery team was great. Friendly, smiling, and comforting. The admin and receptionist were the pits. No smiles. No call saying they were an hour behind schedule. No answer to question about how long wait would be or reason for delay. I went here to get a broken tooth pulled in January of 2010. The dentist who did my initial evaluation suggested that I get my thyroid checked. I ended up having multifocal thyroid cancer.
If they ever ran appointments on time it would be short of a miracle. First appointment was 30-minute wait. Second appointment over 30 minutes and still waiting. Staff is nice but no regard for anyone's time.
