Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, even though the X-rays are uncomfortable the dental assistant made me feel at ease, and the dentist was very informative. I have to go to an oral surgeon to get my wisdom teeth removed. ONLY DENTSIST IN THE AREA OPEN ON SATURDAYS!!!!!!!! Huge plus for me, so I don't have to take time off work.
I had a severe toothache which lead to it having it be pulled. My 1st visit and the 2nd were both met with kindness. Jessica, the receptionist, was very pleasant and explained all my options in a clear & concise way ( I had other things that needed to be taken care of, aside from the one bad tooth). Allison, the dental assistant, was also very nice, made me feel comfortable during the whole process. First visit at Aspen Dental in Inverness. Nice receptionist. Waited abt 15-20 min, not bad. X-ray tech was very nice and caring. Dentist Dr Lee was very nice and patient. Met with, I guess the office manager or finance guy Bryan, who was also very nice and explained everything to me. My only complaint is if you don't have insurance, you're out of luck, especially if you're on a tight budget. Most of the services I needed are very costly. Otherwise very nice experience.

I was very pleased with the what they offered me. I really thought I was coming out of there much worse then they had planned for me. I have very limited income and they was able to workout with me a reasonable payment plan.
I had a great experience today at Aspen Dental!!! Tiara walked me through my X-rays and made me feel very comfortable, plus the DR. Turkewitz is the most laid back dentist I've ever encountered. Who would have thought you'd get better customer service getting your teeth examined than at your local grocery store?!?! Keep up the great work , guys!!!!
