I was able to schedule an appointment in a short time-frame for a routine cleaning, x-rays, and exam. The hygienist was very pleasant, very professional, and very efficient. The office staff was courteous and addressed all my questions thoroughly and quickly. After the hygienist finished, however, the dentist apparently forgot about me, and I waited over 45 minutes before a staff member noticed I was there and went to get the dentist. Great staff; professional, friendly. Like being informed of what needs to be done, how much it will cost and ways to pay for it. The hygienst is very good - pleasant and gentle during procedure.

Aspen Dental in Inverness Florida is a clean and friendly office. I called frantic and was in the worst pain. Brian the office manager was great and got me an appointment that same day. The best part of this whole experience is when Brian had a cancelation he called me and told me to come in earlier. How considerate right ?! Everyone in that office was professional and accommodating to their patients needs and I knew I was in good hands when I met Dr.David Simms. Thank you and I'm feeling better already!
Not only did they fit me in as a never before seen patient with an emergency, they provided me with detailed breakdowns of all cost procedures, provided me with options and gave me one of the most comprehensive exams I have ever gotten!The staff was very comforting and very helpful! I know they are going to be my forever dentists! !
