I hate dentists so when the need for one presented itself o called here. They got me in in 2 days to check out the problem and the next day pulled 5 teeth. The staff were all great and made me quite comfortable. Will definitely go back there for more much needed work. Thank you all!

This place is a joke. If you value your time and patience, and $, do not go there. My husband went to Aspen for the third time in 1.5 years and ended up with the same result all three times…nothing. Every visit involves a Paperwork, X-Rays, and trying to sell you a long list of treatment plans. This last visit was regarding a split molar ( initially was very painful), but when called to make an appointment, was told he needed to wait two weeks. So he suffered for two weeks and ended up pulling part of the tooth himself to re... read more

this is not a doctor's office, it's a sales office. I'm going to a different place tomorrow who's willing to do what needs to be done. they want to charge me $400 just to confirm what has to be done. I'll find someone else that wants to take my money. thank you

First time patient. Went in and the staff was very unorganized. The Dr that I had was more concerned about the assistant in the room than looking at the issues/questions I had. They told me I had early stages periodontal gum disease and I needed a $1000.00+ deep cleaning to fill a surface cavity. My teeth are in almost perfect condition. I brush and floss on the regular. Also visit the dentist regularly. I had to change offices because of changing insurance. I just had braces removed and my orthodontist would have NOT put br... read more

This is the worst dental office I have ever visited. Incompetence flows downhill from the dentist to the receptionist. Expect long waiting times due to the receptionist not acknowledging you walked in the door because she is talking with other staff about dogs and anxiety. Expect your prescription from an infection you received from their $1,332 suggested procedure (deep root cleaning) to be delayed for hours and hours (even though you made multiple trips back to the office to check the status of it being sent). Follow-up ap... read more

Like several others have said. I went in for one thing, not only did they not do it but instead told me about a number of other procedures costing thousands more that they wanted to do. After over 2 hours in their office, I still had the same problem I went in with. The only positive I can give is that every person I interacted with was very friendly and personable. Just wish they would have taken care of my problem tooth

BEWARE! You're better off using a string and a doorknob to pull a tooth! I had a severe toothache & called them, I explained the excruciating pain I was in & I was told they couldn't see me until 23 days later. I couldn't get into anyone else in the area, so I scheduled the appointment. I arrived & registered 20 minutes early, then I waited & waited & WAITED. After quite awhile, I asked the staff why it was so taking so long to be seen & was told "I'm sorry, we're very busy today, we'll take care of you as soon as we're abl... read more

We are new. First visit my hubby felt pressured over and over about spending lots of money on procedures he does not want or need.
