The staff/nurses/front ladies are so sweet. however, i had 2 infected wisdom teeth where the infection spread to my throat : it was super painful i couldn’t eat or sleep and talking is a big part of my job… they gave me a tylenol medicine that did not really help and it was a nightmare even getting that refilled (even though i paid 1000 up front for my surgery that was already scheduled) … the surgeon was amazing to me, very kind , gave a whole bag of stuff for aftercare. now here i am infection in my throat a week after s... read more
When you call you deal with the corporate office who didn’t return my calls for a week. I broke a tooth which prompted the calls. When I finally reached a person, after 10 calls in the same day, I was given a “walk in” appointment at 1:45. I didn’t see the dentist until almost 5:00! Apparently my time is not as valuable as theirs.
I went for my first appointment and got an estimate for everything I needed done. I called to see if I can start with the deep cleaning and just pay for that and was told yes. I had to call back to schedule once I knew what day I could take off work. I had to leave 4 voicemails and 3 emails to even get a call back, that left the first bad taste in my mouth but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to the appointment. It was scheduled for 4:30 and I got there about 15 minutes early. It was 5pm before I was called back... read more
Stuff was nice but the day after I had problems. Aspen is fine but on Blanding Blvd is better

Crooks. DO NOT GO HERE. They will pitch you a huge dental course of action. Show you the "savings" and then offer you financing. The first appointment they schedule is going to run you close to a $1000 or more, none of which is covered by insurance, and is what most would consider an "aggressive" course of action. This they do to get the money, so even if you fail to follow up, they got a huge payday.
