As an active duty military dependent, I have seen many dentist across the United States. I had a scheduling error at Aspen dental, and after the receptionist looked up my insurance details scheduled my next appointment one month early. I received a bill from Aspen and tried to call and explain their mistake. I offered to pay half of the bill because I should have checked on my own about the required wait time in between cleanings. Waiting an hour and a half AFTER a scheduled appointment is in no measure the attitude of a professional establishment. Unless you have plans for a second mortgage, take your business elsewhere. Their pricing is beyond expensive and the staff acts as if they are doing you a favor by gracing you with their appearance
The dentist here is not conservative at all and likes to do fillings probably for the sake of money. She did a bunch of fillings on me that were suppposedly small and now I have two of the teeth she worked on that need root canals because so much teeth was taken away that it now affects the pulp. Yes they have flexible hours... but that is the only advantage this clinic has to others. Avoid this dentist.
