My new patient consult was confusing and took nearly 2 hours and 45 minutes. I was left unattended most of the time and left waiting in the patient chair alone watching TV for 10+ minutes before anyone came to speak with me. Once that staff member left, I was left waiting again and again. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I think they are unprofessional,lying,cheating and take advantage of people.
I wish they could bill me and I make payments so that's I can get my wisdom teeth out but still in pain
The people are nice especially Mickie. However I scheduled an appointment for follow up on December. When I went to check out they requested $138 in advance for my next appointment. I was told it was "incentive" for people to keep appointments and not be no shows since they don't charge for no shows. I have never been a no show and have called in advance to reschedule any appointment if I couldn't make it.
