Very friendly environment, came in not knowing I had so much wrong and they were ready to start working as soon as I was, got over half my work done that same day, also very affordable! I would definitely recommend this dental office.
I had a great experience, every one was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. Went in for a new patient exam I had a tooth causing me pain they ha me come back later that day to fix it. I had no idea I would have it fixed the same day. They even put me on a payment plan witch was greatly appreciated :) thank you Aspen dental.
The staff was great, explained everything they were doing and best of all did not hurt!
Everyone I came into contact with made me feel comfortable. My anxiety made my visit more difficult than I had hoped it would but everyone did their best to make me comfortable. I really appreciate the entire team and will share my great experience with anyone.
Made an appointment for my husband and we get to the office and they say he doesn’t have an appointment. He even had an email from them. They are the most irresponsible group of people I have ever tried to deal with. They don’t know answers to any question about insurance and you can’t call directly to the office. Your appointment is made from somewhere else. Don’t waste your time on these people. I give them a rating of zero.
First apt took over 2 hours and only xrays done when I expected a cleaning. Second apt I had a cleaning, which was fine. I had a temporary crown done which took a very long time and dr was extremely rough. Also very busy running from room to room! Came back for a permanent crown, sat in the office over an hour just to be told they didn’t have it ready. I scheduled time off n now have to come back again! Will not return after they finish with this tooth. Very disappointed.
My fiance called Aspen Dental for a toothache. They got her in the same day, gave her antibiotics and scheduled her for an extraction. So far, so good... First they called to reschedule the appointment; then on the day of the extraction, she took off work, got to the office and was told they didnt have a surgeon that day and she wasn't even on the schedule (if you read the reviews, someone else had this same problem a couple months ago).
