I would not recommend them for dentures. I still cant eat, drink and talk with my bottom dentures in. I have went for several adjustment. still not right.

Very unwelcoming and unfriendly. The receptionist is the face of the company, they should be kind , smile and welcoming. Not at Aspen, their receptionist is cold, doesn’t but say two words to you if that and unapproachable. The dentist is rushed through exams and procedures. Has no interest in building a rapport with his patients. Unfortunately I will be not go back.

I live an hour away from this business, but specifically scheduled my visit with them because they were the first available to do my check-up and cleaning both at the same time. After I was roomed, I was told I had not been scheduled for a cleaning (as I had specifically requested) and they were not willing to accommodate. Apparently, this happens often, yet they have not figured out a process to avoid this problem. I was supposed to get a wisdom tooth took out a couple of years ago just had x-rays done and they find out that they broke the tooth off in there and never said anything so now I have to go and pay someone else to get surgery to get it out

Awful what they done and said to me. I set with no teeth and they will not answer the phone. I did tell the loan co. I will not pay a dime more until I get teeth. They are to look into it.
The best thing that Aspen Dental could do - is to close down.
All they want is money, I went in for broken tooth and they tried to get me to get over $7,000 of work done including needed to buy 135. 00 toothbrush! This was Jefferson City store. Maybe others are different, but here they make you feel like a money pot!
My husband went here before he deployed and now he is sitting in collections because they can’t get the insurance figured out. They will not return any of my phone calls and my husband can’t do anything from his current location. He has military and civilian dental insurance so thank you Aspen Dental for helping us find better dental care!

Quit telling people they need periodontal care! My husband and I were told exactly the same thing, then after talking to other people, we found out they were told the exact same thing. This seems suspicious, not to mention how expensive the treatment is!
