Poor customer service and the dentists do not know what they are doing! They messed my crown up and I’m in pain everyday now! I wouldn’t take my dog there! Such a very unprofessional staff there!!

because they lie to you I thought I was paying for a whole jobs be done on the top teeth but now months later they won't even finish up what I paid for it they say oh that wasn't all of it and you need to have other work done before we can finish they just want your money they will not finish the job you paid for take advantage of seniors with no insurance so

Make the experience better by simply being honest. Suddenly I was told I needed to have Periodontal treatments due to disease rather than simply having covered teeth cleanings every six months, which are paid in full by my Humana Insurance. They were rude and dismissive with my questions concerning this and became very agitated. I chose another dental office for their opinion, they confirmed that dental cleanings and yearly check-ups and x-rays were the work that was necessary. its sad you pay over $200 to have a tooth cut out&they had to cut part of the bone away where the tooth was breaking off & they wouldn't even give any kind of pain meds to help you with the pain not even 5 or 6 to help you get over the initial pain hell I've had teeth pulled out thru friends in need and they gave me 12 tab 5's just for pulling one much less than having one CUT OUT!!!! i will never use them or recommend them to anyone else!!!!!! but i bet ya if you had insurance they would charge them the max for everything. ... read more

I entered the office at 8:40 for a 9:00 appointment to be told my appointment had been given away since I failed to confirm the appointment or complete the paperwork. I had an appointment confirmation email, and confirmation the paperwork was complete. But they still gave away my appointment TWENTY MINUTES before the appointment time!

Wanted to charge me 2000+ for dental work and would have messed up where my partial clips too. Don’t go here unless u have more money than sense!!!

They tried to sell my wife and I $135 tooth brushes without saying a word before trying to charger us. There were other red flags where they tried to "sell us"

Never left bone fragments blamed it in my cats, someone punching me in the face, one dentist told me I need surgery to fix then oral surgeon said he was wrong left me on antibiotics till I had ulcers, 6ish months, ever time I came in the dentist tried to schedule my next appointment to see the surgeon to fix but surgeon said he was wrong back and for with 4 visits to each over several months got a second opinion to go see the oral surgeon and he say that they wanted me to see a specialist end up being who I saw the day befor... read more

I went to the dentist today because they were removing the tartar from 10 years of not going to the dentist. I also have to have a few fillings. A few teeth were loose so we had an action plan to tighten them back up. When I was making my appointment, the person was like “do you want to schedule your extractions too?” “Ummmm excuse me? What extractions?” “Looks like they are removing your wisdom teeth” “Why are they removing my wisdom teeth?
