I went to get a cleaning, x-ray and to get my gums checked. Left with X-rays and go back in January for peri dental treatment that is costly. Every one was nice but I did not get my cleaning.

They are high as a kite .they to charge over 4 thousand for teeth and 6 hundred for cleaning with insurance. I do not remain them to no one.

Had to travel 2 hours to be seen within a week and then they left me in pain. The oral surgeon I saw was not available for over a week after my procedure. I was told to go to the office near my home where I paid for an exam for no reason. They did a horrible job putting me to sleep and controlling my pain.

Here's my story. My mother-in-law went to have, what she thought, was a check up today. She waited in the waiting room for 2 hours, then an associate came out into the waiting room and told her that she was there for just a cleaning, and if she would remove her false teeth and hand them to the associate, he would clean them...leaving my 70 year old mother-in-law in the waiting room with no teeth. I went there in a lot of pain. They said they can do payments and we'll discuss that AFTER I pay the $20 for x ray and initial consultation. The dentist said I need it surgically removed that day and put on antibiotics and THEN they told me I don't qualify for payments and I have to pay almost $300 right then for it. They gave me a nr of an organization and then sent me on my way, in a ton of pain. If you don't have the money to drop, people let you suffer. All I can do is pull it myself at home and pray it doesn't break

They lie when they say you get your plate in a few days. Right. Try all most a year and still ain't right. I wouldn't send a dog here.

FIRST OF ALL , I LIVE IN ROGERSVILLE AND AM TOLD BY INSURANCE I HAVE TO USE ASPEN DENTAL, SO I GAVE THEM A TRY AND I GIVE THE OFFICE STAFF AND DENTIST A FIVE STAR RATING , BUT BE PREPARED TO WAIT I HAD A 8:45 APPOINTMENT AND WASN'T SEEN TIL I THINK 10:15 , LUCKILY I DIDN'T HAVE OTHER APPOINTMENTS THAT DAY.....IT'S LIKE GOING TO DOCTOR SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO WAIT AND I THINK IT WAS UNCALLED FOR...........YOU NEED TO SCHEDULE PEOPLE FARTHER APART SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO WAIT SO LONG THEIR TIME IS IMPORTANT TOO, YOU DON'T LIKE TO ... read more

Hey , I don't normally post negative stuff on fb . But I have been through alot with this company. I thought that when I chose Aspen dental that they would take care of me. I got dentures from them , my permanent ones in October. Well I'm still having to eat fixadent just to be able to eat. Every time I go out to eat I have to put fixadent in so my teeth don't clack and sometimes fall out while eating. By the time I'm through eating the fixadent is gone down the hatch.
