Ashley Graham office manager of Aspen dental. I am reporting you. I have contacted the better business bureau and the CEO of the company. I drove to the kingsport location arrived 15 minutes early for my 2:45 appointment. At 2:50 the desk clerk turned and stated that you all were to reschedule me due to me missing my appointment. I was there at 2:30. You had the gaul to say "oh you should have come 20 mins early.." Lady I have 4 kids I have to PLAN around so I can come to ANY appointments for myself. not sure why the office manager Ashley Graham felt it was right to turn a mother with 4 children away when she arrived 15 minutes early saying she should have been there 20 minutes early. will never recommend.
These people are absolutely terrible. Turning away a mother of 4 who arrived EARLY for her appointment is disgusting. Anyone who has children knows how insanely difficult it is to do anything for yourself! Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. You all need to shut down.
awful customer service and prices are outrageous and cant even fix a tooth without fixing everything else just for more money
Did not want to fix my teeth , sent me to another Dentist after ,I had waited for 4 WEEKS for appointment like it was to hard for them to fix . Why they wasted my time I don't know ...
They will do anything to get your money. Went there to get a smile. now I have a PERMANENT frown! Teeth look horrible and they will not fix them. Thanks Aspen.
