worst experience I've ever had at a dental office. absolutely no compassion from ANY of the staff. felt unheard and unwelcome. very unprofessional. I don't want anything from you. nor do I need an apology. just please do better. be kind its not that hard.

I went into the Kokomo, IN office yesterday as I was laid off from work this past week and will be loosing my dental insurance at the end of the month. I was told by the dentist that I would need a deeper cleaning as I have the start of gingivitis and that I have three cavities. When I went to check out, Brandon told me that it would cost close to $500 for the services mostly due to the cleaning. Dr. Murray, at the Kokomo office, seemed to genuinely care about my needs, and we worked together to find the best solution that I was comfortable with.
ive had about 4 appointments this year and longest i had to wait was maybe 5 min...
paid in full up front, $2500 for upper dentures. All went well until about four months in, I start getting bills for $244.00 for the temp dentures of which supposedly wasn't covered by my great insurance. Not happy giving more money for someone else's miscalculations. Paid in full means just that, don't even ask for another dime.
I made appt with Aspen specifically to fix a 3-tooth partial that had 1 tooth come off, no problem. When I arrived, I said I was there to get my partial repaired, no problem. Filled out paperwork, where I wrote I was there to get my partial fixed, I waited, no problem. Got called back, asked what brought me in, I said I'm here to get my patial fixed, no problem. They were very expensive on their prices. They only offered dental surgery on like 2 days a month. I saved over $1,000.00, and received VIP care by just going to Dr. Piek in Kokomo, who is an actual oral surgeon.
Don’t waste your time with Aspen Dental in Kokomo! By far the worst dental experience I have had. I scheduled an appointment for a chipped tooth to get fixed. My appointment was at 320 and I didn’t get called in the back till 410. The front lady was rude as well as the dentist he didn't even introduce himself and barely spoke to me.
