I was very impressed with their attention to my needs. they were efficient in finding my problem and rectifying it. They proceeded to pull root out and take inpressions for dentures. All in all, very efficient.
On the good side, I went in for 30 extractions and temperary dentures. From the time i checked-in to the time i was in the car, it took less than an hour. Doctor Murphy and staff was very professional. Kept reassuring me because they knew I was nervouse. The downside was once me and the wife drove 30 minutes home and then to the pharmacy, we found that the prescription wasn't dated. Had to drive all the way back. Yes mistakes happen and all is forgiven, just sucked it happened to me
If anyone is in serious PAIN as I was today when I went I definitely would go somewhere else. I have a horribly infected wisdom tooth that hurt so bad it damn near put me down a few times. I thought surely I would get an antibiotic to help the infection and something to help ease the excruciating pain in the meantime while the antibiotics kick in. Gave me Penicillin but absolutely NOTHING for pain. I am absolutely miserable and will be until hopefully the antibiotics start to work (24 to 48 hours I'm guessing). Could have ea... read more
I called and made an appointment told them what insurance I had and I was told they accepted it. I get there for my appointment and was told they don't accept my insurance.
Some nice people here and one very crass and uncaring dental assistant. She was quite rude to someone who I accompanied to an appointment recently.

Talked with someone at Aspen Dental on Monday, explained my problem told them about my insurance gave them my ID number as well, he made my appointment first thing this morning, I drive an hour to the appointment set in waiting room for 15 min. For them to come out and tell me that we don't take this insurance!!! Really!!!! Wow!!!
The place is good dental wise, but if you are Handicapped and need a wheel chair or Walker and have trouble stepping on a curb, this place isnt the place. There is NO Handicapped ramp close! Brought a friend in a wheelchair, was raining, and had to go down 4 stores before we got to a ramp....ridiculous! !!
