I had a bad experience with Aspen and wrote a heated review. Their office manager called me and listened to all that happened. She realized there were problems with a lack of information and asked me to come in to see if these could be fixed. There was no charge for this visit. Dr Li is the dentist I talked with and he was very good at explaining each part of the process and why it was being done. They made me feel comfortable with the folks there and I am going to follow through with the plan.
They helped me financially and they were fast removing my bad tooth and let me add at the same time they were gentle! I will go back

The employees at the Lebanon location at Aspen Dental are some of the nicest people I've ever met! Usually I'm super uncomfortable at the dentist but they talk to you through everything they're doing and I was never worried about a thing. They were all amazing and I'm happy to go back again next month!
This staff is absolutely fabulous. Dr Lee is so very kind and makes sure you understand all,procedures. I totally recommend these guys. Everyone is so very nice and very likable. This is the Lebanon office.

I absolutely LOVE every member of the staff!!! Nervous as can be, from day 1 they made me so comfortable and feeling respected thru the whole process. I no longer fear the dentist!!
