I have been to other Aspen dentals and had excellent service. We moved and I tried a new location. I needed one tooth extracted, and that’s all. After charging me for cleaning(which they did no do) they then prescribed me medicine I’m allergic to(it was in my chart) then wouldn’t write me anything else for the pain until the next day. The extraction was also by far the roughest I have had thus far. Very disappointed in this location and will not be returning for any further work.

This company doesn't deserve 1 star! I needed 1 cavity filled, 1 broken tooth pulled but nothing could be done until I had my teeth cleaned. They said they could save me $400. and the work would only cost me $2000. I told them they were crazy. I left out steaming.

cleanings only. I was unimpressed with the fact that they cannot take care of everything in house. Root canals go to a different dentist.

Well I went to aspen dental earlier for this week for a tooth extraction. I called prior and made my appointment for 9am that morning. They told me to be sure I was 15 minutes early so I could fill out paperwork. I arrive at 8:45 only to realize they don’t open until 9am. I walk in at 9am and sign in and wait. After a little over 35 minutes get called back (9:35). It’s pretty obvious I am im serious pain and they all can see this but insist I go through a full mouth work up to get a plan of care which took at least an hour. ... read more

I’m giving one star for a few reasons. One being I had made my appointment for 9am and wasn’t even seen until after 9:30. Second They knew I was in intense pain and still insisted I have a full mouth work up done just so they could tell me a bunch of stuff I needed done to my teeth that wasn’t necessary. Third when I finally got ready for my extraction at 10:50 it took the doctor nearly an hour to pull my tooth and a few pieces almost went down my throat! The only reason I will give them one star is because they got the toot... read more

When I first went into the doctor, I was in excruciating pain. I was so grateful that they squeezed me in to see me that night! I was given medicine & told to make an appointment for a root canal. I scheduled my appointment for a few days later, I get to my appointment, I had to go through a process to handle finances for the procedure which took about 50mins, after handling I asked if I could still be seen by the doctor, their answer was “yes”, but they will not finish the procedure today, I asked for clarification, never h... read more

Honestly I wish I didn't even have to leave a star. My husband went in A WEEK AGO with swelling and pain because of his wisdom teeth. Dr. Horton scheduled him to have them removed today (a full week later). During this week my husband became some uncomfortable with his swelling that he had to visit the ER because the swelling was beginning to effect his breathing. He went in today and was so swollen they couldn't even begin to numb him. He ended up going to see Dr. Newman who was SHOCKED by the amount of infection. My husban... read more

First of all, with the previous cleaning that I booked, I was told that I needed to pay $71 for a cancer screening that I wasn't aware that I had booked 6 months prior. I make notes of everything and when I checked my journal, I didn't mention anything about a cancer screening. However, I still went through with it but it left a bad taste in my mouth and me questioning the honesty of the location. Secondly, the dentist changed. I now had Dr. Lee/Li, whichever spelling is correct. When I received my fillings yesterday, he acc... read more
