I came in with excruciating pain and tears in my eyes, I waited for about 45 minutes. Finally got called back for bout 15 X-rays and waited for another 15 minutes. I was pressured for an oral cancer screening and a cleaning. The dentist came in and said I needed a root canal and was told I would have to schedule it at another dentist office. Do not under any circumstances go to Aspen Dental! I should have listened to the Google reviews. Corporate greed doesn't even begin to cover it. They are full of high pressure salesman with used car salesman tactics. They tell every person that walks through the door that they have gum disease & need a $3,000 treatment. They'll do about 20 x-rays regardless of how recently your previous xrays were done. They'll say you need a $159 toothbrush. They will refuse to do anything else for you until you do the expensive "gum diseas... read more

I needed tooth pulled badly. Waited an hour. Was seem for approx 15 min. Dentist left. Then about another 20min wait for them to tell me she was still in with person who was after me amd it would be another 20 minute wait or I could leave and they would call with prices and to set appointment. Never was called back or offered anything for my pain even though they stated they were going to give me something.

Trust me and the rest of America. Don't give your money to aspen dental . Check consumer affairs for authentic reviews. These people just want your money and have no specialists on site.

I've been waiting a couple days now for a promised return call from the office manager over money owed to me for services not rendered! Kind of disappointed that I can't even count on a call back from someone to call and go over the refund they owe me! I guess I will see you all soon IN PERSON. Sorry service, took over 2 hour lunch! No one answered phone. Son needed his x-rays sent to another dentists and they "conveniently" had to close. When he did have his appointment tried to sell him un-needed and un-wanted products. Will be informing all of my employees NOT to use them.

I paid a huge sum for a crown that kept falling off. Now my new dentist showed me xrays that the tooth that was crowned is decayed.
