I had a Great experience at Aspen Dental in Lockport. The visit was very thorough and they covered all the steps needed to get myself as a new patient through easily. Going to a new dentist office can be offsetting and the people here made everything easy and understandable. Looking forward to returning! 5 star Customer Service!

I was a little apprehensive about going to them because I hadn’t heard the best of things, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to make my own opinion on the clinic and doctors. I’m glad I decided to go with them. The staff was great and the doctor was very sweet. I hadn’t seen a dentist in a while so I was rather nervous and anxious and they just make the experience very nice.

This was my first visit and was a little nervous but all there were so friendly that it did not last long. Everyone was so nice and the office manager went over all our options and I will go back there.

The Lockport, NY office is a clean nicely run facility. The staff is friendly and make you always feel welcome. They do an excellent job of explaining procedures, costs, and other things. Judy, the technician who make, repairs dentures is the greatest!! Had appointment of 16 Jan 2019 to have soft liner for my dentures checked and recoated as necessary, little wait and politely and professionally dealt with. Thank You 😁
