Friendly, honest, clean
Lately they have been having staffing issues. Staff up front are pleasant. My dental hygienist is lovely. However, they had to reschedule me twice for crowns. Calling only hours before my appointment to let me know the did not have the staff available. Not to mention I am starting to have pain at the location my crowns are needed. Cutting loss and going else where.
The WORST dental experience I've ever had. Mine is a long story that began over a year ago and started with an inquiry about invisalign. In the interest of brevity: I was not a candidate for the procedure, but I was charged and my insurance company was charged for the full amount anyway. I fought for over 6 months and finally received a full refund, but my insurance company never received theirs. Very unsettling experience.
RecommendedI was really nervous and I was alone because of covid 19 but the staff were so warm and kind. We had a couple laughs and everything was fine. Very professional.
