Worst experience at a dentist overall, started out good, till I asked for a refund on unusable dentures and after they tried reclining multiple time and end up having recliner form down my throat. After that the office manager became very rude and unprofessional, also would straight up lie, now I’m even getting bills for services never rendered for outrageous prices. I would avoid this place at all cost. Also they constantly seem to be changing dentist after the first one left that started it
Martinsburg WV waited about 2 hours on my first visit only to be told the doctor is in a procedure I would need to reschedule. I was not happy but did reschedule. Went to next appointment only to be told that the dentist was only looking at my teeth this was not a cleaning but they could give me one if I would come back at 11 or 4 that day. I sat in the dentist chair for another hour and no one said open you mouth. I left I hate this dentist and would never go back or recommend
get a reality check and get over their egos
It’s high and I wasn’t giving the price that I needed to hear
They said that I needed a deep cleaning and that was not the truth. They wouldn't clean my teeth because they only had one lady in there that do the cleaning and she was hoping around because she broke her foot. Then they said my insurance don't cover it and when I went home and call them, They do cover the deep cleaning. I don't think they like black people because I was the only black person in the building and it's a lot of kid's that works there. refused to do my regular cleaning that insurance covers said I needed a two thousand dollar cleaning. So I guess no cleaning is better for my health?
Found my appointments to be very good. Staff very thorough.
