I understand now why you have one star on Google. My mother is a senior and the way she has been treated by the Martinsburg office and the Hagerstown office is a disgrace!!!! She was scheduled in Hagerstown yesterday 3/18/2020 and was called 45 minutes before her appointment that they were closing so they rescheduled her for the Martinsburg office for today 3/19/2020 at 8:00 Am. I wish there was a neutral response here. The people were super nice and attentive, but they recommended that I get a cleaning before I got my wisdom teeth pulled which seems counterintuitive. They also failed to give me an estimate on how much the cleaning or the other suggested services would cost. If not for me going back in and asking at the front counter, they wouldn't have given me a ballpark either. so in short, good people but you need to know which questions to ask because they may not volunteer info for you.
