I am a huge fan of this dental office. Not only were they able to help me with my teeth issues they were able to help me find the solution to afford the work i needed done. I no longer have any pain and am loving my smile now. Every visit is like going home and hanging out with family. I usually hate any doctor's office but at aspen i actually look forward to my appointments. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Carson, Dr Choy, Chelsie, Sherylann, Ashley, and Madison. You all are so fun and caring!
I’m telling you, I was in so much pain when I went in to Aspen and the dental assistant was so nice her name is Kim. She helped me feel comfortable. I have a fear of the dentist but the Doctor was so gental and kind. I had to get my tooth extracted but it really didn’t seem that bad with both of them there. My experience was good one. They truely care about their patients.
The best customer/tech service I have ever had what a very spa like experience. Everyone was very professional but down to earth. I would recommend them to everyone in medford. You guys were Great.

I moved here about a month ago and was dreading having to find a new dental office. I consider myself rather particular since I previously worked for a dentist with very high standards. I really needed to replace my nightguard, and when I spotted their office one day, I decided to stop in. I was greeted by the office manager, Carson, whom I had confidence in immediately. I hated going to the dentist until I went to Aspen dentel they are great .the whole staff is amazing .very friendly and they never judge..they talk to you and make u like you have known them for years ..ill keep going back for sure, thank u everyone at Aspen dentel you guys are tthe best ..
I think everyone there is so very kind and considerate the hygienist was awesome. I'll be going back in six months to see them all. If you're afraid to go to the Dentist this is the perfect place to go because they take their time to talk to you tell you what their going to do and very gentle. Usually when I get my teeth cleaned my mouth is sore the next day not this visit.

Well, I wanted to wait until receiving the new bottom denture, as all the feedback I read was NOT about the denture procedure. Today I went into get the upper plate relined. WOW! It only took 3 hours. Put them in my mouth; no adjustments, nothing! I stopped at In and Out for a test chew, with my 1/2 new choppers. Ok, denture wearers, this place is THE SPOT for dentures.
